Delete your Size Notes account
Size Notes works without an account. An account only exists if you turned on Family & Sync. This page explains how to delete it and what happens to your data.
Option 1: in the app
- Open Size Notes and tap the Family & Sync icon at the top of the home screen.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Enter your password and confirm.
Option 2: on this page
What gets deleted
- Your account: name, email and password.
- Your memberships of family groups, the posts and gift ideas you wrote, and your device notification tokens.
- Groups where you're the only member, with all their synced profiles.
What is kept
- Groups other people still use stay available to them. If you owned one, the member who joined first becomes its owner, and profiles shared in that group stay there for the family. To remove a shared profile first, delete it in the app before deleting your account.
- Profiles saved on your own phone stay on your phone. Delete them in the app, or delete the app.
